The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund was founded in 1986 as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of First Amendment rights for members of the comics community.
Today they announced victory in the Gordon Lee case has been dismissed in Georgia. A first amendment case involving the state charging a book store owner for giving away a book about the life of Picasso which depicted him painting as he did in the nude.
Consider supporting this worthy organization that fights for your rights.
