Library Bomb Suspect’s Appeal Denied
The Salt Lake Tribune in Utah reports:
“U.S. District Judge Dale Kimball on Monday refused to throw out charges against an Illinois man accused of bombing the downtown Salt Lake City Main Library, saying ThoÂmas Zajac’s constitutional rights were not violated when Weber County jailers recorded his telephone calls to his attorneys.”……
